The 7^^ Respondent-Project Director has addressed a letter dated 21.12.2024 to the Government Pleader, PR & RD Department, High Court of Andhra Pradesh. As seen from the proceedings, it transpires that the balance amount to be paid to the petitioner is the housing department vide letter Rs.2,14,129/- by N0.2313479/CPR&RD/EGS/PM (SP)/2024, dated 30/10/2024 of the Commissioner, PR&RD, Andhra Pradesh. The respondents have not disputed the execution of the work or payment due to the petitioner. Therefore, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to pay the admitted amount of Rs.2,14,129/- to the petitioner herein within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order.
