The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the submissions made on both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph 7(a) in Crl.O.P.No.21821 of 2024 dated 10.09.2024 and subsequently modified on 08.11.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.15524 of 2024 is totally relaxed.
