Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have filed a representation on 29.05.2025 (Annexure P-4) to the respondents/competent authority for the redressal of their grievances raised in this writ petition. Petitioners’ grievance is that the representation preferred by them to the respondents for redressal of their grievances in light of settled legal position has not been adjudicated till date. Having regard to the above submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioners, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from today.
