By this application filed under Section 482 BNSS, the petitioner, namely, Shakil Ahmed, son of Azizur Rahman, resident of village- No. 2 Bhelkar, Police Station-Hajo, District-Kamrup is Page No.# 2/2 seeking pre-arrest bail in Paltanbazar Police Station Case No. 399/2024 registered under Sections 305(e) of BNS, 2023, corresponding to G.R. No. 6770/2024. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. K K Parashar, learned APP, Assam, on instruction, has submitted that police after completion of the investigation of the case has already submitted Charge-Sheet in said Paltanbazar PS Case No. 399/2024 vide Charge Sheet No. 310/2024 dated 31.12.2024. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Paltanbazar PS Case No. 399/2024. 5.
