This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for fair investigation in the Case Crime No.278 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 352 B.N.S. and 3(2)(va) S.C./S.T. Act, 1989 and Amended Act 2015 at Police Station- Sikarara, District - Jaunpur. 3. This petition is disposed of directing the investigating officer to conclude the investigation within 60 days from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. In case of failure, it shall be open for the petitioner to approach the Trial Court for monitoring the investigation as per judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of U.P.
