The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners running the business which was established by their father, and their father had also purchased certain properties vide registered sale deeds. The petitioners’ are 2 th father purchased certain properties during his lifetime in the year 2002. The 7 respondent has filed O.S. No.19 of 2020 claiming right and title over the property purchased by the petitioners’ father. During the pendency of the suit, the 7^'^ respondent has also created third-party rights over the property, and the petitioners are now in the process of filing a suit for cancellation of those sale deeds. As the matter stood thus, the 3'"'^ respondent, at the behest of respondent Nos.6 and 7, is repeatedly interfering in the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and respondent Nos.6 and 7. The 3'^ respondent is pressurizing the petitioners to vacate the premises and hand over the same to respondentNos.6 and 7. rd Considering the submissions, there shall be a direction to the 3 3. respondent not to interfere in civil disputes pending between the petitioners and respondent Nos.6 and 7 without following due process of law.
