It is not in dispute that the contesting respondents had obtained a compromise decree on the basis of which they made a request for issuance of 11E sketch. 2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the application that has been made and he basically contends that he has filed a suit in O.S. No.233/2022 and if a revenue sketch is issued, he would be severely prejudiced. 3. In my view, in the light of the fact that the petitioner has preferred a suit in O.S. No.233/2022, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to approach that Court and seek for an appropriate interim order regarding survey. 4. In the light of the pendency of the suit, it would be improper to entertain this Writ Petition and direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:16075 WP No. 8619 of 2025 5. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court in O.S. No.233/2022. This Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. 6. It is also open for the petitioner to file an application in C.R.P. No.802/2024 which is said to be filed against the inter-locutory order passed in the suit and seek for a similar prayer. 7.
