Alim, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. B. Kaushik, learned standing counsel, Elementary Education Department for the respondent Nos. 1 and 3 and Mr. S. Bora, learned standing counsel, SSA for the respondent No.2. 2. Petitioners are the Education Volunteers of different Non-Residential Special Training Centres in Sonitpur and Biswanath district. It is the claim of the petitioners that they were engaged between the years 2005-2010. The further claim of the petitioners is that they have completed more than 13 (thirteen) years of continuous service, however, they are still being paid the fixed remuneration of Rs. 6,500/- till date. Accordingly, the Association of the petitioners made representations on 06.12.2019 and 13.07.2021, praying for minimum pay scale pursuant to the Order dated 08.06.2017, passed by the Page No.# 6/6 Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No. 45/2014 (State of Assam Vs. Upen Das and Others). However, no steps have been taken by the respondents till date. 3. On a consideration of the materials available on record, it is seen that no independent representations are made by the petitioners till date. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to file fresh individual representations before the Mission Director, SSA, Assam/respondent No. 2 within a period of 2 (two) weeks from today by annexing a copy of the Order dated 08.06.2017 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No. 45/2014. 5. Thereafter, the respondent No. 2, on receipt of the representations, shall dispose of the same by considering the case of the petitioners in terms of the directions passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No. 45/2014 by Order dated 08.06.2017. 6. Let such exercise be completed within a period of 4 (four) weeks from the date of receipt of the representations of the petitioners. 7.
