The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gopikandar P.S. Case No. 14/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109 & 351(2) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dumka. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the father of the informant due to which his zygomatic bone got fractured. 4. It was submitted that only allegation against this petitioner is that he has assaulted father of the informant by slaps and fists as such, no case under Section 109 of the B.N.S. 2023 will be made out. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
