This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction and more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents Nos.2 to 5 for not taking any action against Respondent No. 6 to 10 by considering the representation dated 17- 10-2020 in respect of the petitioner land for an extent of Ac. 00.05 Cents land situated at Bhairavagutta of Sangala Village, C.Belgal Mandal, Kurnool District is illegal, arbitrary and violation of the Article 14, 19, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the land allotted by the Government in the year 2009 for an extent of Ac. 0.05 cents without following due process of law and pass…”

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions, would submit that the subject matter in the present petition is purely civil in nature and the respondent-police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. 3. Sri Venkat Reddy Kodumury, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Recording the above said submission, the Writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedies before the appropriate forum. There shall be no order as to costs. 4
