...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue order, direction or writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent herein in summoning the petitioner to the police station again and again basing on the vague complaints given by the 5th and 6th respondents as illegal, arbitrary and intentional and violative of Art. 14, 19 of Constitution of India and all the settled principals of law and also various Judgments of the Apex Courts and consequently direct the 4th respondent herein not to summon the petitioner to the Police Station without registering the Crime/FIR in pursuance of the vague complaints given by the 5th and 6th respondents herein and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2020 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents not to summon me to the police station in pursuance of the vague complaints given by the 5th and 6th respondents herein pending disposal of the above Writ Petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue order, direction or writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent herein in summoning the petitioner to the police station again and again basing on the vague complaints given by the 5th and 6th respondents as illegal, arbitrary and intentional and violative of Art. 14, 19 of Constitution of India and all the settled principals of law and also various Judgments of the Apex Courts and consequently direct the 4th respondent herein not to summon the petitioner to the Police Station without registering the Crime/FIR in pursuance of the vague complaints given by the 5th and 6th respondents herein and pass…”
2. None represented for the petitioner. The proceeding sheet dated 18.08.2025, also shows that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. This petition is filed seeking a direction to the police not to call the petitioner to the police station in absence of any crime registered against the petitioner, basing only on the vague complaints given by the unofficial respondents. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow the due process of law in case of any crime registered against the petitioner and in absence of any crime, the police are

further directed not to call the petitioner to the police station and interfere in the civil disputes between the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
