No. DATE ORDER OFFICE NOTE 01. 27.06.2025 HN, J Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police have not acted on the representations dated 02.06.2025 and 03.06.2025. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a 73-year-old woman who purchased the property in the year 1984. It is also submitted that the unofficial respondents are illegally occupying her property, and in that regard, the petitioner has filed a complaint which was not considered by the police. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that the police have conducted a preliminary investigation on the representation dated 02.06.2025 and have arrived at the conclusion that the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and respondent Nos. 4 and 5 would have to be redressed before the civil Court and Contd.. SL. No. DATE ORDER OFFICE NOTE that the complaint was wrongly treated as cognizable. It is also submitted that the 5th respondent is a political leader who has used his political clout to occupy the petitioner’s land. The respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall file an affidavit by the next date of hearing. The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to take out personal notice to the respondent Nos.4 and 5 through registered post with acknowledgment due and file proof of service in the Registry.
