This is an application praying for suspension of sentence as well as for allowing the applicant/appellant to go on bail. 3. Mr. Das has pointed out that on an earlier occasion, the State filed an objection and on the basis of such objection, the said petition was rejected by this Court directing expeditious disposal of the connected appeal. 4.
