Case No. 220 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 303(2), 317(2)(4) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, section 26(1)(G), 41, 42 of the Indian Forest Act and section 27 and 29 of the Wild Life Protection Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma. 3. Petitioner is alleged to be involved in illegal mining of Blue Stone in the protected forest. 4. It appears that the petitioner is accused in as many as three cases of similar nature. 5.
