The petitioner filed W.P.No.3269 of 2024, complaining of the non- payment of Rs.40,11,538/- concerning the 10 works executed by him. The writ petition was disposed of, directing the respondent authorities to pay the amount. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri Dileep, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1, would submit that an amount of Rs.20,12,000/- was paid on 30.12.2024. In respect of the remaining 50% amount, the bills were uploaded in the CFMS portal on 12.05.2025, and the amount is credited to the petitioner’s account today.
