This application has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 by the petitioner Sri Rabindra Bishwas @ Rabindra Biswas in respect of Sessions Case No. 151/2024 pending in the Page No.# 2/2 court of the learned Sessions Judge, Barpeta. In the charge sheet, 6 (six) witnesses are shown as prosecution witnesses. Out of those witnesses, 5 (five) are already examined. Only 1 (one) is yet to be examined. This court is of the opinion that allowing the present petitioner to go on bail at this stage may hamper the delay disposal of the case pending before the trial court.
