The petitioner has challenged the Proceeding bearing No. 16/2016 pending on the file of District Collector, Jalgaon under Section 44(e) of Maharashtra Municipal Council, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Township Act, 1965, wherein subject matter of challenge is the disqualification of petitioner who was elected as councilor of the Municipal Council.
