By this application filed under Section 483 BNSS, 2023, the petitioner, namely, Sri Sumeru Nath, son of late Sanjay Nath, resident of Bazarghat/Pahartol, Police Page No.# 2/2 Station-Ratabari, P.O.-Bazarghat, District-Sribhumi, Assam is seeking bail in Badarpur Police Station Case No. 262/2024 corresponding to G.R. No.1902/2024 registered under Sections 21(c)/25/29 of NDPS Act, corresponding to Special (NDPS) Case No. 108/2024, wherein, he was arrested on 21.11.2024 and is in custody since then. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Badarpur P.S. Case No. 262/2024 vide Charge-Sheet No. 17/2025 dated 10.02.2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Badarpur P.S. Case No. 262/2024 corresponding to G.R. No.1902/2024. 5.
