Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, except for the allegation 2. that the petitioner had reprimanded the deceased for travelling on her two wheeler with a classmate who allegedly belonging to another caste, and that he further went to the place where the deceased was residing and threatened her to marry or else she has to die. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that these allegations 3. are not sufficient for the charging the petitioner for the offence punishable under Section 306 IPC. The mother of the deceased filed a complaint after the deceased consumed pesticide and passed away on 12.11.2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner is 4. residing at Yanam, nearly 50 kms from the alleged scene of offence. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. 6. Perused the record. 23 CRLP.N0.6357 OF202*: The grounds raised for quashing cannot be considered by this Court as these issues which are tried before the trial Court. The petitioner is at liberty to 7. raise all grounds as raised in the quash petition before the trial court. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
