The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is arraigned as an accused in crime No.239 of 2025, on the file Tirupati East Police Station, Tirupati District, for the alleged offence under Sections 127(2), 118(1), 329(4), 109(1) and 351(2) read with Section 3(5) of the BNS, 2023. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even as per the allegations in the complaint, the dispute between the petitioner and the 2nd respondent has been ongoing since the year 2023. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that due to personal rivalry, the present complaint has been filed alleging offences under Crime No. 239 of 2025; however, the complaint was filed on 07.06.2025. 4. Heard the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 5. Recording the submissions, the criminal petition is disposed off by directing the Station House Officer, Tirupati East Police Station, Tirupati District, to complete the investigation without taking any coercive steps against the petitioner. This order would not preclude the investigating officer from filing a final report or charge sheet. The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation.
