THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to issue E-tender notifications strictly as per the Government Order, dated 14.10.2008, No.FD 4 PCL 2008, and by following the standard document (kW-4) (Annexure-C & D), regarding eligibility criteria of bidders. (ii) Issue such other direction as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit, under the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity." 2. This very petitioner has filed several petitions calling in question the tender notifications issued on this core inter alia contending that they are in violation of standard tender document (KW-4). Therefore, there is duplication of prayers. In that light, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:12820 WP No. 8797 of 2025 would withdraw the petition and pursue those petitions which are pending. Ordered accordingly. The Petition stands disposed. Learned counsel Sri B.L.Sanjeev is permitted to file Vakalat for respondent Nos.2 and 3 in the next four weeks.
