Learned counsel for the petitioners after having argued for a while submits that the order passed on 20.03.2019 in LPA No.64/2018, LPA No.97/2018, LPA No.75/2018, LPA No.72/2018, LPA No.15/2018, LPA No.95/2018 and LPA No.96/2018 which is the principal order sought to be enforced has actually already been complied with by the prospective contemnors as the operative part of the order was a direction against the State to issue orders in favour of the appellants by treating their appointments as having been effected w.e.f. 06.07.2005 which he does not dispute has been complied with. 02. Besides that there is no other mandamus/order for compliance in the aforementioned order. Therefore, as there is no contempt of the aforementioned order, learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw this contempt petition without leave to file a fresh contempt petition against the order dated 20.03.2019 and instead avails such other remedy available to him under law. 03. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
