The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 in connection with FIR No.277/2024 registered at Police Station Sadar Baran, District Baran for the offences under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023. 2. Heard. Considered. 3. Having regard to the submissions made by counsel for the accused-petitioner and considering the fact that there is one sharp injury which is said to have been caused by the accused-petitioner to Shyam Murari which has been opined to be simple in nature and the fact that the accused-petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2025, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, deems just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 of the BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner named above in connection with the aforesaid FIR shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the Court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
