Instant bail application has been filed by petitioner under Section 483 B.N.S.S. in connection with FIR No.159/2025 registered at Police Station Bagad Tiraya, District Alwar for offences under Sections 316(2), 318(2), 318(4) and 319(2) of BNS and Section 66D of IT Act. 2. Heard counsel for petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor as well perused the material available on record. 3. Having considered the nature of allegations leveled against the petitioner in respect of committing online fraud, which are general in nature and the fact that as per order of trial Court dated 31.05.2025, there are no criminal antecedents of petitioner, but without commenting on merits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner Tasleem S/o Sarmudeen shall be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.
