Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent. Perused the materials available on record. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the impugned orders have been passed without issuing any prior notice to the petitioners and without affording them an opportunity to submit their objections, and hence, the same are liable to be set aside. 4. Considering the fact that the impugned orders have been passed without issuing notice to the petitioners and without providing them an opportunity of personal hearing, these writ petitions are allowed. The respondent shall issue show cause notices to the petitioners, afford them an opportunity to submit their objections, and thereafter pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
