Case No. 09 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections of 308(3), 111, 61(2), 3(50 the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 25(1-B) a, 25(6), 26 and 35 of Arms Act and section 17 of C.L.A. Act, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Khunti. 3. On 08.02.2025, Karra Police apprehended several persons while they were travelling on two vehicles. On search, firearm was recovered from these vehicles. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was neither apprehended at the spot, nor anything was recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by different coordinate Benches of this court. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Khunti in connection with Karra P.S.
