1. By this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
“1. This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to call for the records from the respondents concerned pertaining to the petitioner's case for kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court.
2. That a direction be issued for the speedy disposal of the demarcation application of the petitioner.
3. In view of the monsoon and before the beginning of the agricultural season, before the date 14//06/2022, the authorized officer should be directed to demarcate and provide a copy of his report to the petitioner, and sending copy for information to this Hon'ble Court till 14/06/2022.
4. If any action has been taken by the authorized officer with a view to willfully torturing the petitioner, a direction should be issued to punish them.
5. Cost of the proceedings.
6. Any other writs and directions that may be deemed fit and just in the facts & circumstances of case.”
2. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner even in second round of call.
3. The relief as claimed in this petition seems to have been granted by the revenue authorities. The petiioner is at liberty to approach before the concerned revenue authorities for demarcation of the land, if so advised.
