The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petI-lion and the grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of sri ANAND KUMAR KOCHIRl, Advocate for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the Respondent and the court made the following; ORDER: -3=f=.` This Criminal Petition, under sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitI-OnerS/A1 & A2, seekI-ng regular bail, in crime No.62 of 2025 of Duvvada Police Station, Visakhapatnam, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B) I/w 8(c) I/w 25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic substances Act,1985. 2. Brief facts of the case are that on o8IO2.2025 at 16.30 hours, the Sub-Inspector of police received credible informatI-On about illegal transportation of ganja, then he along with staff reached Near Bus Stop, Platform No.4, Duvvada Railway Stall-On, Visakhapantam and found the accused having possession of ganja, then the sl of police arrested the accused and seized II-quid ganja weighing around 1550 grams under the Cover Of mediators report. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petI-tiOnerS and learned Assistant public Prosecutor. perused the record. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were arrested on o8.02|2025 and have been in judI-Cial remand since then. The lI-quid ganja seized by the poll-Ce in this case is not a commercial quantity. 5.
