It is submitted that the offences registered against the petitioner are below seven years of imprisonment and that the complaint filed is a motivated complaint. It is submitted that multiple complaints are being filed against the same set of facts and circumstances. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3. Considering the submissions, the Station House Officer, Tadepalli Police Station, is directed to complete the investigation, without taking any coercive steps against the petitioner by issuing a notice under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 4.
