Mr. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that Page No.# 2/2 Charge-Sheet has already submitted being Charge-Sheet No.247/2024 dated 30.12.2024. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is on interim bail and that he will move necessary bail application before the learned CJM, Hailakandi. 4. As such this Court allows him to remain on interim bail and to move the fresh bail application before the learned CJM, Hailakandi within 30(thirty) days from today. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner is seek and infirm he is a retired person and therefore this Court allows him to seek fresh bail from CJM, Hailakandi, within the aforesaid time from today. 6.
