GP FOR SCHOOL EDUCATION (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: 2 “.... a writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the Respondents in not disbursing the Salary of Petitioner from 01- 04-2017 till date as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Art. 14, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to release the salary of the Petitioner from 01-04- 2017 for the service rendered by the Petitioner.” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri C.Sunil Kumar Reddy, leaned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, in the light of the interim order dated 26.04.2018 passed by this Court, no further orders are required in this matter as the Respondents-Authorities complied with the said order. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education would submit that Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
