By means of this application, the Petitioners seek the following relief:- “It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue appropriate Writ/Writs directing the Opp. Party No.3 to issue the corrected ROR in the name of these petitioners in compliance to the order passed by the Assistant Settlement Officer under Annexure-2 within a stipulated period”.. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners in course of the hearing in the application, submits that although a notice is served on the learned counsel for the Government side before the counter is filed, he would take up the matter with the Tahasildar concerned to expedite the compliance of the direction passed by the Assistant Settlement Officer in adjudication of Misc. Case No.219 of 2024 arising out of W.P.(C). No.11747 of 2024 passed on 17.05.2024. 4. All the contentions raised herein can be raised by the Petitioners before the Tahasildar concerned for compliance of the order in question. The Petitioners, if so desire, may pursue their matters within a period of two weeks from the date of this order. The Tahasildar concerned is directed to act in accordance with law on the basis of the representations, if any, made by the Petitioners for implementation of the order or implementation of the direction of the A.S.O. 5.
