1. Heard Mr. Palash Jha, learned counsel holding the brief of Mr. Devershi Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Sangharsh Pandey, learned Government Advocate, appearing for respondent No. 1/State and Mr. Prasoon Agrawal, learned counsel, appearing for respondent No. 2. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer:
“It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and quash the impugned FIR and entire criminal proceedings initiated against the petitioner pursuant to impugned FIR bearing Crime No. 43 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 120-b, 467, 468, 471, 201 and 34 of the IPC at P.S. Berla, District Bemetara (C.G.), in the interest of justice.”

Learned State counsel submits that a charge-sheet has already been submitted against the petitioners before the competent Court, and the learned trial Court has framed charges against them, to which learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already
3 challenged the charge-sheet and the order framing charges in CRMP No.1473 of 2023. Therefore, he prays that the present petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
