Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/ wife and learned counsel for the opposite party/ husband. 2. The present transfer petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of Original Suit No.91 of 2024 from the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ramgarh to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Hazaribagh. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner/wife that marriage has taken place on 17.02.2016 as per Hindu Rites and Customs and out of the said wedlock, they have been blessed with two children. The petitioner has no source of income and she is fully dependent upon her father. It has further been submitted that she is suffering from various ailments due to accident and she is not able to travel long distance and as such prayer has been made to transfer the aforesaid suit to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Hazaribagh. 4. Learned counsel for the opposite party/husband has opposed the prayer. 5. Considering the above facts, the Original Suit No. 91 of 2024, is hereby, transferred from the Principal Judge, Family Court, Ramgarh to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Hazaribagh. 6.
