In this writ petition, petitioner has sought for implementation of the order dated 09.07.2019 passed by respondent No.4 (Annexure-J) and the order dated 15.03.2023 passed by respondent No.2 (Annexure-K). 3. Having taken note of the factual aspects on record, as the petitioner herein has sought for implementation of the aforementioned orders, however has not approached respondent Nos.3 to 5 seeking prayer to consider the same. In that view of the matter, liberty is reserved to the petitioner herein to approach respondent Nos.3 to 5, by making representation, seeking implementation of the order dated 09.07.2019 (Annexure-J) and the order dated 15.03.2023 (Annexure-K).
