Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner, namely, Mir Hussain, son of late Ahmed Ali, resident of village-Jorshimuli, Police Station-Chhaygaon, District- Kamrup, has filed this application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 seeking pre- Page No.# 2/2 arrest bail in Chhaygaon P.S. Case No. 399/2024 registered under Sections 329/74/75(1)(i)/75(1)(ii) of the BNS, 2023, corresponding to G.R. No. 1385(K)/2024. 3. By order dated 17.12.2024, the Court while called for the case diary of said Chhaygaon P.S. Case No. 399/2024, granted interim pre-arrest bail to the petitioner Mir Hussain, son of late Ahmed Ali, which is still in force. 4. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. K. K. Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Chhaygaon P.S. Case No. 399/2024 vide Charge-Sheet No. 323/2024 dated 28.12.2024. 5. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Chhaygaon P.S. Case No. 399/2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 1385(K)/2024 on or before 27.02.2025. 6. The interim bail granted to the petitioner earlier on 17.12.2024 in said Chhaygaon P.S. Case No. 399/2024 is extended only upto 27.02.2025. 7. With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
