The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Garhwa P.S. Case No.741 of 2020 for the alleged offences registered under Section 379 of Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the FIR has been registered in the year 2020 against unknown person. He submits that the petitioner has received the notice under Section 41A of Cr.P.C. in the year 2025 and thereafter he has gone to Investigating Officer but the Investigating Officer has not taken his statement. 4.
