For Petitioner : M/s.R.Rama Guru For Respondents : Mr.P.Thambidurai Government Advocate for R1 & R2 Mr.S.Prakash Government Advocate(crl.side) for R3 ORDER By relying on sale deed dated 02.07.2025 and multiple pattas, the petitioner had applied for the survey of lands in S.Nos.706/1, 706/2/ 706/3A, 706/3B and 706/3D. The present writ petition relates thereto. 2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2 and learned Government Advocate(criminal side) accepts notice for the 3rd respondent. Learned Government Advocate submits that notice would be issued to joint pattadhar, wherever appropriate, and neceesary action would be taken on the petitioner's application within three months. 3. It is seen that some of the pattas such as patta Nos.2657, 2135, 5112 and 5114 are joint pattas. 4. Subject to the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first and second respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's request for survey after issuing notice to the persons mentioned in the previous paragraph as also to owners of relevant adjacent lands. Objections from any of the above persons shall be considered before a decision is taken. The entire process will be concluded within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 14.11.2025
