The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation on 01.04.2023 to restore the deities / idols of the God namely Alagar Malayn, Nadugal worship and Perumal idol at T.S.No.21/3, Block No.3, Ward No.D, Devendrar Nagar, Emaneswaram Group, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District. However, the same is yet to be considered. Hence, the Writ Petition. 3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 5 would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered within the time stipulated by this Court. 4.
