JUSTICE PRAMIL KUMAR MATHUR Order 18/08/2025 At the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, this revision petition was passed over for second round. Now in second round, none present on behalf of the petitioner. On the perusal of the case, it appears that this revision petition has been filed against the impugned order dated 12.10.2017 by which, the trial Court has rejected the application filed by the complainant-petitioner under Section 319 of Cr.P.C. in Sessions Case No.8/2015. On 02.12.2024, the office was directed to call for the status report from the trial Court. The trial Court vide letter dated [2025:RJ-JP:32201] (2 of 2) [CRLR-1885/2017] 12.12.2024 has apprised that the Sessions Case No.8/2015 has been decided on 07.02.2020 and the petitioners therein have been convicted for the charged offence. In view of the above backdrop, the matter in which the application under Section 319 of Cr.P.C. was filed has been finally decided on 07.02.2020, therefore, this revision petition has become infructuous. Hence, this revision petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. (PRAMIL KUMAR MATHUR),J Arun/35
