Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. 3. As seen from the record, a case has been registered in Crime No.152 of 2025 dated 13.04.2025 and the record further shows the petitioner herein seeking a direction to the police for fair investigation and report in this matter. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed to conclude the investigation in the above crime and file a report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.
