According to the petitioner, Saranya's husband's name is Raja. Ramesh happens to be the petitioner's husband. Therefore, she wants the said medical record to be corrected. 3.Whether the name of Ramesh has been wrongly entered or not can be questioned only by Ramesh and Sarayana. I can understand if Ramesh is not alive. Ramesh is very much alive.
