No.23595 of 2025 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working in Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), due to work, the petitioner was unable to appear before the trial Court, hence, the trial Court has issued an NBW against the petitioner. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he seeks to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the offences committed by the petitioner are serious in nature. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the petitioner to surrender and submit a recall petition before the Judicial Magistrate, Theni.
