The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is another case against the petitioner, in which he has been directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate Gudiyatham and seeks modification on condition 5(b) to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham. 3. Accordingly the condition 5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.400 of 2025 to appear before the respondent police is modified, directing him to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate Gudiyatham on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 5. Further, time to furnish surety is extended by a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
