(now Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.86 dated 31.03.2017 registered under Sections 302, 307, 324, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station City Khanna, District Ludhiana. 2. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Ranjit Singh, NO.724/KHN, points out that the petitioner has already been acquitted by the Trial Court vide its judgment dated 30.01.2026. 3.
