This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the Parties produced copy of office order dtd.18.04.2026 so issued by Opp. Party No. 4 in Court. The same be kept in record. 4. Basing on the order, it is fairly contended that Petitioner in the meantime has got the benefit of appointment under the Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme. 5. Not only that in terms of the order Petitioner has already joined in his services on 20.04.2026 with due acceptance. 6. Considering the development made with issuance of the order of appointment and joining of the Petitioner, learned counsel for the Petitioners does not intend to press both the writ petitions any further. 7.
