This application under Order 1, Rule 10 of the CPC, 1908, has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Writ Petition No. 141/2025, praying for the impleadment of the Deputy Director (Food & Drug Administration), Directorate of Health Services, Government of Mizoram, as Respondent No. 9 in the connected writ petition. The petitioner submits that since the said Deputy Director has given certain comments on the bidding, which is the subject matter of the connected writ petition, his impleadment is necessary Page No.# 4/4 for the proper consideration of the connected writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the instant Writ Petition No. 141/2025 is similar to Writ Petition No. 2/2025, and in the said writ petition, the Deputy Director, Food & Drugs Administration, has already been impleaded and allowed to be impleaded. 4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer for impleadment of the Deputy Director (Food & Drugs Administration), Directorate of Health Services, Government of Mizoram, is allowed. 5. The petitioner shall submit an amended cause title in the connected Writ Petition No. 141/2025 by impleading the Deputy Director (Food & Drugs Administration), Directorate of Health Services, Government of Mizoram, as Respondent No. 9 in the said writ petition. 6.
