The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pratappur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 103(1) & 3(5) of the B.N.S and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Smt. Sonali Singh, learned S.D.J.M., Chatra. On 28.05.2025, the son of the informant namely Abhishek Kumar had gone to attend marriage ceremony. It is alleged that the accused persons caught hold of him near Barwakocha and co-accused Sumit Kumar shot him. It was submitted that there is no allegation of firing against the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt.
