Since the date of appointment, she was distributing the commodities to all the cardholders without any blemish. It is further case of the petitioner that while the dealership of his mother was subsisting, both his mother and father met with an accident on 28.10.2019 and died on the spot. Subsequent to the death of his parents, he was looked after by his paternal grandparents. It is further case of the petitioner that after attaining majority, he made a representation to the respondent, requesting him to consider his case for appointment as Fair Price Shop Dealer on compassionate grounds. It is further state that the said representation was forwarded to the 3''^ respondent, who, in turn, addressed a communication dated 09.04.2025 to the 2^^ 2. respondent, requesting to issue necessary instructions in that matter as to whether the petitioner may be appointed as dealer to Fair Price Shop No.0386261, Chengalraopet, Circle-1, Visakhapatnam under 3 TCDSJ W.P.No.l5396of2025 compassionate grounds, treating it as a special case, as he attained the age of 18 years as on the date of making the application. 3.
