By means of the present application under Section 528 BNSS, the applicant has sought for a suitable direction from learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Basti to decide the Complaint Case No.4552 of 2018 (Brij Mangle Singh v. Dwarika Prasad), under Sections 504, 506, 406 IPC, Police Station- Sonaha, District- Basti, within time stipulated by this Court, which is pending before the aforesaid court. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant has lodged the aforesaid case in the year 2018 but no substantial progress has been made in the said proceedings so far. Learned counsel further submits that a direction may be issued to the Trial Court concerned to decide the aforesaid case within specific time frame. 4. In view of aforesaid, the Trial Court concerned is directed to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case and to decide the same as early as possible, provided there is no legal impediment. 5.
